Information For Our Customers

ALL WEBSTORE ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL WE VERIFY YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT.

Payroll Deduction

All SMH, MMH and LWR full-time employees are eligible for payroll deduction (after 30 days of employment.) Payroll deduction can be used for invoices starting at $50.00, up to $400.00, over a maximum of 2 pay periods. Payroll deduction is currently active on our website for customers who have previously payroll deducted in our store and are considered FULL-TIME at their employer. For new Scrub Club customers, or those whom have never payroll deducted in our store, you will need to call the store and complete the payroll deduction verification process with one of our employees prior to making your online purchase.

ALL ORDERS USING PAYROLL DEDUCTION AS THE PAYMENT METHOD WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL WE HAVE VERIFIED YOUR ID, OBTAINED YOUR SIGNATURE, AND RECEIVED FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION FROM YOUR EMPLOYER.

Shipping

Shipping charges start at $12.50 for invoices up to 6 pieces. Shipping rates gradually increase for orders over 7 pieces. Most items will be shipped using U.S. Mail over 5-7 business days. *At this time we do not have a shorter shipping transit time available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns / Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt in its original condition. If the item has been worn or washed, or has been customized in any of the following ways: with emblems, altered; silkscreen or embroidery, we cannot process your return. The Scrub Club can only accept returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise in resellable condition.

If the packing slip is no longer available, call us to discuss your return so that we can be ready to receive the items properly. Please return the item(s) via a traceable or insured method to prevent the package from being lost in the mail. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. If you are local, you may also return your items to our store.

No exchange or store credit will be issued until an inspection of the merchandise is completed and approved by the returns department. Any deviation from our policies will delay your exchange or store credit. No returns or exchanges for monogrammed items.

Monogramming

If you are having monogramming completed on your item(s), please be sure to type your name, credentials, etc. correctly in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box or designated monogramming fields during checkout. IF YOU INCORRECTLY TYPE YOUR NAME, CREDENTIALS, ETC, AND YOUR ITEM IS PROCESSED OR MONOGRAMMED, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF REPLACEMENT.
